Member of Technical Staff - Environments (Full-Stack)

Remote, Full-Time

As an Environment Engineer, you will build on top of our core platform to create the simulation environments in which coding agents learn. You will build testing infrastructure on top of large codebases to grade the solutions of coding agents on real world software engineering tasks and build automations to speed up parts of testing and task creation. The software you build is critical infrastructure that will be used to train the next generation of frontier AI models.

This role will require you to constantly work with new codebases; hence, you will need to be able to quickly get familiar with new technologies. The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience working on full-stack software engineering projects using languages like Typescript or Python, as well as experience with Docker and testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha or Pytest.

Interview Process

Our interview process is designed to be quick. We usually have 2-3 short technical interviews before an onsite where you work on a small project with our team. You can expect to have an offer within ten days in most cases.
